Hello Friends.

It's true we don't really know each other yet, but I am sure it won't take long before we will be thinking of each other as friends. Some of you know me from my postings on BeastlyCat.com and others from my Nature's Way website, but for all the new people please let me introduce myself.

First of all and maybe most important I've been an organic gardener, environmentalist and what I would call a survivalist for over forty years. When eighteen, I was trained to be a chef and, after moving to Canada, taught International cooking in Montreal for a couple of years. A few years ago I wrote my own International cookbook, had it published and now have it on CD.

For the last twelve and a half years I've been writing a weekly column about organic gardening, the environment and learning how to be self-sufficient. Now I am hoping to be here (on Janette’s Blog) sharing some of the things I have learned during my 61 year journey through life AND hopefully have lots of fun getting to know all you wonderful people.  Hugs, Anna May
